Overview<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mother Earth Radio is an ad-free high-resolution internet radio. This website provides information about our program and our apps. We collect as little personal data as possible and completely refrain from tracking, analysis tools, and advertising.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-hosting-und-content-delivery\">3. Hosting and Content Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-1-webserver\">3.1 Web Server<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is hosted on a dedicated server by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Each time this website is accessed, the web server automatically collects: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IP address of the requesting device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date and time of access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requested page or file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amount of data transferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browser type and operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referrer URL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This data (server log files) is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure the security of its operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website). The log files are automatically deleted after 14 days. No merging with other data sources takes place.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data Processing Agreement: A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exists with Hetzner. All data is processed exclusively in Germany.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-2-content-delivery-network-cloudflare\">3.2 Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To speed up page delivery and protect against attacks, we use the Content Delivery Network from Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Requests are routed through Cloudflare&#8217;s servers, whereby the visitor&#8217;s IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Furthermore, we have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes the data according to our instructions and deletes it after a short period.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and secure provision of the website). Audio Streaming<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our radio programs are received via our self-operated streaming infrastructure (AzuraCast) on the same Hetzner server. When an audio stream is accessed, the listener&#8217;s IP address is technically processed and logged in server log files. No registration, login, or personal evaluation of listening behavior takes place.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation of the streaming service).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-cookies\">5. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website exclusively uses one technically necessary cookie:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>wp-wpml_current_language<\/strong> \u2014 stores the selected language version of the website (e.g., &#8220;de&#8221;, &#8220;en&#8221;). This cookie is set when the language is changed and deleted after 24 hours. It contains no personal data and serves exclusively for correct language display.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, WordPress sets a session cookie if you log in as an administrator. No other cookies are set for regular website visitors. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since only technically necessary cookies are used, no consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR is required. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-kein-tracking-keine-analyse-keine-werbung\">6. No Tracking, No Analysis, No Advertising<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website uses:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no analysis or statistics services (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no comparable tools)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no advertising networks or remarketing services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no social media plugins with data transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no embedded content from third-party providers that independently collect data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Links to external services (YouTube, Instagram, App Stores) open in a new window. Their respective privacy policies apply only when these pages are accessed. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-kontaktaufnahme\">7. Contacting Us<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. This data will not be shared without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1(b) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Your data will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been fully processed and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-apps\">8. Apps<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our mobile and desktop apps (Mother Earth Radio for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows) follow the same data-minimization principle as this website. There is no tracking, no analytics or telemetry services are used, and no user account is required with us. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Audio streaming in the apps<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When streaming the radio programs via the apps, our AzuraCast server processes the listener\u2019s IP address for technical reasons and logs it in the server log files. The scope of processing, legal basis, and retention period correspond to the information in Section 4 of this policy. There is no personal analysis of listening behavior.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 In-app purchases and subscriptions<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apps offer optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. The apps only check, based on a purchase confirmation issued by the respective store, whether a valid subscription exists and then enable the corresponding features. The processing of your payment and account data by Apple, Google, or Microsoft is governed by the privacy policies of the respective provider; this processing is outside our control.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing, pausing, or cancelling a subscription is also done via the respective store, not through us.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.3 Diagnostic and crash reports<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use any third-party SDKs for crash reporting, analytics, or telemetry in any of our apps. If you have enabled system-wide transmission of anonymized diagnostic data on your device to Apple, Google, or Microsoft, these manufacturers may receive crash reports\u2014this transmission takes place exclusively at the operating-system level between you and the platform provider and without our involvement. We cannot view this data and have no access to it.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.4 Permissions<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apps request only the permissions that are technically required to run the stream and the selected features\u2014essentially network access and, if applicable, access to audio output (e.g., for AirPlay, Bluetooth, or Chromecast). No collection of location data, contacts, camera, microphone, calendar, or similarly sensitive data takes place. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.5 Applicability of the general provisions<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-8-apps\">The user rights described in Sections 10 and 11 of this privacy policy, as well as the supervisory authority named there, remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-ssl-tls-verschlusselung\">9. SSL\/TLS Encryption<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption.
