Mother Earth Connector determines your personal resonance frequency \u2014 using only your iPhone’s camera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your breath and your heartbeat are connected. With every inhalation, your pulse accelerates slightly; with every exhalation, it slows down. At a specific breathing rate \u2014 your resonance frequency \u2014 both sync up to the maximum degree. This rate is different for everyone, typically between 4.5 and 6.5 breaths per minute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most breathing apps still give everyone the same standard pace. If you practice at a uniform tempo, you are training past your own optimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measured, not estimated<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A guided calibration run determines your personal value. The front camera captures your pulse via photoplethysmography (PPG) \u2014 without a chest strap, without a sensor, without accessories. The algorithm was benchmarked against ECG reference measurements during development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if a measurement doesn’t provide a clear result, the app tells you so. A measuring instrument that indicates what it cannot measure is not one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterward, the breath pacer guides you exactly at your pace. The method: resonance frequency training according to Lehrer\/Vaschillo, one of the best-researched breathing techniques in HRV biofeedback \u2014 designed for a few quiet minutes a day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until now, determining resonance frequency required a chest strap along with evaluation software or sessions with a biofeedback practitioner. Now, your iPhone is enough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the app doesn’t do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No subscription. No ads. No account. No data collection \u2014 all measurements stay on your device. And no promises that you can’t measure for yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
