La connexion est mesurable.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mother Earth Connector d\u00e9termine ta fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance personnelle \u2014 uniquement avec la cam\u00e9ra de ton iPhone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ta respiration et ton rythme cardiaque sont li\u00e9s. \u00c0 chaque inspiration, ton pouls acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ; \u00e0 chaque expiration, il ralentit. \u00c0 une certaine cadence respiratoire \u2014 ta fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance \u2014 les deux se synchronisent au maximum. Cette cadence est diff\u00e9rente chez chacun, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 4,5 et 6,5 respirations par minute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La plupart des applis de respiration imposent pourtant \u00e0 tout le monde le m\u00eame rythme standard. S\u2019entra\u00eener au tempo unique, c\u2019est s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de son propre optimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mesur\u00e9, pas estim\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un parcours de calibration guid\u00e9 d\u00e9termine ta valeur personnelle. La cam\u00e9ra frontale capte ton pouls par photopl\u00e9thysmographie (PPG) \u2014 sans ceinture thoracique, sans capteur, sans accessoire. Lors du d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019algorithme a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9talonn\u00e9 sur des mesures de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ECG. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et si une mesure ne donne pas de r\u00e9sultat univoque, l\u2019app te le dit. Un instrument de mesure qui indique ce qu\u2019il ne peut pas mesurer n\u2019en est pas un. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, le guide respiratoire te m\u00e8ne exactement \u00e0 ton rythme. La m\u00e9thode : l\u2019entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance selon Lehrer\/Vaschillo, l\u2019une des techniques respiratoires les mieux \u00e9tudi\u00e9es en biofeedback HRV \u2014 con\u00e7ue pour quelques minutes calmes par jour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jusqu\u2019ici, d\u00e9terminer la fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance n\u00e9cessitait une ceinture thoracique avec logiciel d\u2019analyse, ou des s\u00e9ances chez un praticien de biofeedback. D\u00e9sormais, ton iPhone suffit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce que l\u2019app ne fait pas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pas d\u2019abonnement. Pas de publicit\u00e9. Pas de compte. Pas de collecte de donn\u00e9es \u2014 toutes les mesures restent sur ton appareil. Et pas de promesses que tu ne peux pas v\u00e9rifier toi-m\u00eame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
