Con ogni inspirazione il polso accelera leggermente, con ogni espirazione rallenta. A una determinata frequenza respiratoria \u2014 la tua frequenza di risonanza \u2014 entrambi entrano in sintonia massima. Questo ritmo \u00e8 diverso per ogni persona, tipicamente tra 4,5 e 6,5 respiri al minuto.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maggior parte delle app per la respirazione impone comunque a tutti lo stesso ritmo standard. Chi si esercita con un ritmo uniforme, non si allena al proprio livello ottimale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-gemessen-nicht-geschatzt\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Misurato, non stimato<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un ciclo di calibrazione guidata determina il tuo valore personale. La fotocamera frontale rileva il tuo polso tramite fotopletismografia (PPG) \u2014 senza fascia toracica, senza sensori, senza accessori. L&#8217;algoritmo \u00e8 stato confrontato con misurazioni di riferimento ECG durante lo sviluppo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E se una misurazione non fornisce un risultato chiaro, l&#8217;app te lo dice. Uno strumento di misura che non indica ci\u00f2 che non pu\u00f2 misurare, non \u00e8 tale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Successivamente, il pacer respiratorio ti guida esattamente al tuo ritmo. Il metodo: allenamento della frequenza di risonanza secondo Lehrer\/Vaschillo, una delle tecniche di respirazione meglio studiate nel biofeedback HRV \u2014 pensata per pochi minuti di calma al giorno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finora, la determinazione della frequenza di risonanza richiedeva una fascia toracica con relativo software di valutazione o sessioni presso un professionista di biofeedback. Ora ti basta il tuo iPhone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-was-die-app-nicht-tut\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosa non fa l&#8217;app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nessun abbonamento.
