Verbinding is meetbaar.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mother Earth Connector bepaalt je persoonlijke resonantiefrequentie \u2014 gewoon met de camera van je iPhone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je ademhaling en je hartslag zijn verbonden. Bij elke inademing versnelt je hartslag iets, bij elke uitademing vertraagt deze. Bij een specifieke ademhalingsfrequentie \u2014 jouw resonantiefrequentie \u2014 komen beide maximaal in hetzelfde ritme. Dit tempo is voor iedereen anders, meestal tussen de 4,5 en 6,5 ademhalingen per minuut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De meeste ademhalingsapps geven desondanks iedereen hetzelfde standaardritme. Wie in een eenheidstempo oefent, traint niet op zijn eigen optimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gemeten, niet geschat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Een begeleide kalibratieronde bepaalt jouw persoonlijke waarde. De frontcamera registreert daarbij via fotoplethysmografie (PPG) je hartslag \u2014 zonder borstband, zonder sensor, zonder accessoires. Het algoritme is tijdens de ontwikkeling getoetst aan ECG-referentiemetingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En als een meting geen eenduidig resultaat oplevert, vertelt de app je dat. Een meetinstrument dat aangeeft wat het niet kan meten, is pas echt een instrument. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vervolgens leidt de adempacer je exact in jouw ritme. De methode: resonantiefrequentietraining volgens Lehrer\/Vaschillo, een van de best onderzochte ademhalingstechnieken in HRV-biofeedback \u2014 ontworpen voor een paar rustige minuten per dag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voorheen was voor het bepalen van de resonantiefrequentie een borstband met analysesoftware of sessies bij een biofeedback-specialist nodig. Nu is je iPhone voldoende. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat de app niet doet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Geen abonnement. Geen reclame. Geen account. Geen gegevensverzameling \u2014 alle metingen blijven op je apparaat. En geen beloftes die je niet zelf kunt nameten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
